The purpose of the Shepherd’s Heart Ministry (formerly Pastor’s Aide Board) reflects upon the scripture found in Colossians 3:23-24, “Whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. This ministry provides assistance, adheres to the needs of and offers help to the pastor. It aspires to maintain a ministry that believes in the spirituality of our pastor and serves willingly to encourage the pastor’s being such that the church is impacted in all facets of the worship experience.
